Access to and use of the agn99 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have attained the age of 21. agn99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be underage. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player shall be forfeited in their entirety.
The Services are directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an Account and access the Services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the agn99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. agn99 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or permissible under the laws of any particular jurisdiction outside Indonesia.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on agn99:
21+ Only. agn99 operates under a strict adults-only policy. Any attempt to register by a person under 21 years of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of all funds.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the agn99 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. agn99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings if duplicate accounts are detected.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred contact number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. agn99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information supplied by a Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify agn99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. agn99 reserves the right to treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you unless you have provided prior written notice of potential unauthorized access.
agn99 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:
agn99 reserves the right to place restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
agn99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):
agn99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes in advance where reasonably practicable.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50,000 for local bank transfers. agn99 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that match the name on your registered agn99 Account. All Players must complete KYC verification before a first withdrawal is processed. agn99 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen payment method and prevailing banking hours. agn99 does not guarantee processing within specific timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
All Account balances, transactions, and displayed figures on the agn99 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). agn99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any currency exchange costs incurred outside the Platform are the Player's sole responsibility.
Withdrawal processing times are estimates only. Delays caused by public holidays, bank maintenance windows, or additional verification requirements may extend standard processing periods. agn99's customer support team is available 24/7 to provide status updates on pending transactions.
agn99 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin awards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to a bonus will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — sports betting and live casino wagers typically count at 100%, while certain slot games may contribute at a lower percentage. agn99 reserves the right to publish a full game contribution schedule on the promotions page.
agn99 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their winnings forfeited, their Account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
agn99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled before a Player has completed the wagering requirement, any un-cleared bonus funds will be removed from the Account; real-money funds deposited in connection with the promotion will not be affected.
All games available on the agn99 Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and table games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-feed data from verified sources. Independent third-party auditors regularly test our RNG systems for statistical fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or data transmission failure during gameplay, agn99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' Accounts. agn99 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Results generated during a provable system malfunction are void and not binding.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wag er. agn99 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing any wager. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be voided and the excess stake returned to the Player's Account.

This license does not include the right to: collect or harvest account data; use data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; or create derivative works based on the Platform's content or software.
Players agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the agn99 Platform. Violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
agn99 endeavors to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee continuous, error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and events beyond agn99's reasonable control — including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, and regulatory actions — may result in temporary service interruptions. agn99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agn99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall agn99 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to a Player's use of the Platform.
Gaming and betting involve financial risk. All wagering decisions are made at the Player's sole discretion and risk. agn99 provides no advice, guarantee, or assurance regarding the outcome of any game, sporting event, or betting market. Players are encouraged to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.
Risk Acknowledgment. By using the agn99 Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that past outcomes are not indicative of future results. Please play responsibly and within your means.
agn99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered address and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation. Where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection principles will be taken into account in good faith when resolving disputes involving Indonesian Players.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and agn99, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication in the first instance. Players should submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute and the desired resolution. agn99 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
All decisions made by agn99's compliance and dispute resolution team are final and binding on Players, subject only to the dispute escalation procedure described above. agn99's records, including transaction logs, game history, and communication records, shall constitute conclusive evidence in any dispute proceeding unless proven otherwise by documentary evidence submitted by the Player.
